At Play It Again PCs, we are committed to providing our customers with quality equipment at exceptional savings. Our staff of experienced computer technicians test and perform full diagnostics on most of the products that we sell.

  • Guaranteed not to be DOA – You will find this phrase in the majority of our auction listings under ‘Warranty.’ A guaranteed not to be DOA (Defective On Arrival) warranty refers to the item arriving as described, free from defects other than those described in the listing, for a period of ten (10) business days after receiving the item. Any return claims must be made within ten business days of carrier verification of item receipt. After ten business days, no warranties of any kind apply to the item and it is to be considered sold "as-is".
