Warranty Information

Play It Again PCs is committed to providing our customers with quality equipment at exceptional savings, which is why we are pleased to offer the following warranties on everything we sell:

  • Guaranteed not to be DOA (defective on arrival): Commonly referred to as a non-DOA warranty, Play It Again PCs guarantees that item(s) will arrive as described, free from defects other than those listed for that item (if any), for a period of ten (10) business days after receiving the item. Any DOA claims must be made within ten business days of receiving the item. After ten (10) business days, no warranties of any kind apply to the item and our return policy is no longer valid.
  • Extended Warranties: Extended warranties are offered through our partner, Squaretrade, at a fraction of the cost of typical extended warranties. Please visit www.squaretrade.com for more information regarding an extended warranty purchase.

Please note that above warranty information is applicable to United States customers only. International orders are sold "as-is" with no warranty currently available. When applicable, some items may be covered by an existing manufacturer warranty.
