- Where can I find technical support on the item(s) I've purchased from you? If you are having trouble or a problem with a computer or other item you purchased from Play It Again PCs, please click visit our technical support section.

- I am interested in purchasing more than one of your items, do you sell in bulk, wholesale, or offer quantity discounts? Yes, Play It Again PCs does offer some items as bulk purchases at quantity discount pricing. These items are available in our wholesale products section as well as our eBay store in the Lot Auctions category.
- Do you purchase used computer equipment from the general public? No, Play It Again PCs does not purchase equipment from the general public.
- Where do you get your used equipment from? Since 2002, Play It Again PCs has established itself as one of the leading used IT equipment resellers in the nation and cannot provide their secret recipe at this time, sorry.
- Is everything you sell on your website and on eBay actually in your possession? Yes! Everything you find on our website or in our eBay store is physically located in our Livonia, Michigan warehouse.
- Can you ship on my FedEx or UPS account number? Yes, simply indicate the shipping carrier, account number, and method of shipment when you submit your payment. There is a $10 materials charge per order for using your own shipping account.
- Can I stop by and take a look at something I'm interested in prior to making a purchase? Unfortunately, unless picking up an order, Play It Again PCs does not allow customers in our warehouse for insurance and security reasons. If you have any questions about something you're interested in, please contact us.
