If you're looking for drivers, manuals, or additional information regarding a product you've purchased from Play It Again PCs, we recommend that you visit the appropriate manufacturer's website for more detailed information about your product. To bring up customized support pages on your products, you may want to locate your system's service tag and/or serial number and model number. These may be requested on their website.

Need to return your item?
While we're confident in the quality of our product, we do realize that certain situations arise that require items to be returned. We'll do everything to ensure that you are satisfied with your business experience. Please note that some items do not qualify for a return (this will be noted within the auction itself).

If your item qualifies for a return, please follow the instructions below:
  • Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item. Please contact us with your name, email address, Order ID or eBay item number, and reason for return. A support representative will then address your concern.
  • For all return or exchange shipments, excluding freight, we will schedule up to 3 pickup attempts via UPS, who will arrive with a pre-printed label. At your option, we can also generate an Electronic Return Label (ERL) which you print out, affix to the package, and then drop the package off at any of the local UPS Stores.   • All return shipments must have the RMA number prominently displayed on the package. If a return shipment does not have an RMA number visible, it will be refused.
  • Once the item is returned, inspected, and the return claim has been verified, the refund or exchange will occur within 2-3 days. If the item is deemed non-defective, we will ship it back to you. In the event you wish to return non-defective merchandise, a 15% restocking fee and original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Play It Again PCs cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
